Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Teamkick mobile application, website and related services (together, the "App"). By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

2. Who We Are

Teamkick is provided by CODE3, Železnička 14, 22320 Indjija, Serbia ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at legal@teamkick.app for any question about these Terms.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 16 and above. If you are under 16, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. By using the App you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for the information you provide when registering and for keeping it accurate.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly at legal@teamkick.app if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• You may sign in using Apple or Google sign-in; your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms.

5. The Service

Teamkick lets you create teams and players, organize and schedule matches, record live match events and statistics, run leagues with fixtures and automatic standings, and generate public web pages for teams, players and matches. Features may change, be added or removed over time as we improve the App.

6. Managed Teams & League Organizers

League organizers can create "managed teams" on behalf of participants in order to run a competition. If you create a managed team:

• You confirm that you are entitled to provide the information you enter (including the participant's email used for the future account handover) and to represent that team within your league.
• You are responsible for the content and conduct associated with the teams you manage until they are claimed by their owners.
• A managed team may later be claimed by the participant, after which control transfers to them.

7. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, or that infringes the rights of others;
• Use offensive or inappropriate team names, nicknames or images (we may filter or reject such content);
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a team, league or organization;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems;
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload — including team and player details, match data, statistics and photos ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce and display it for the purpose of operating and providing the App.

Public pages: Teams, players, matches and league standings may be displayed on public web pages that are accessible to anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines. Do not upload content you do not want to be public.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the rights to share it, including any photos containing other people.

9. AI-Generated Content

The App can generate post-game articles from your match data using third-party AI services (such as OpenAI). AI-generated content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes, may contain inaccuracies, and should not be relied upon as fact. You can control article generation in the App settings, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may be offered as part of a paid subscription. Where subscriptions are available:

• Purchases and renewals are billed through the platform's app store (for example, the Apple App Store), subject to its terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your app store account settings.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and are handled by the app store, not by us directly.

11. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, design, text and software, is owned by CODE3 and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by these Terms.

12. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services to function, including Apple and Google (sign-in and app distribution), OpenAI (article generation) and WeatherAPI.com (weather forecasts). We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of these third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

13. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that statistics, standings, AI content or other information are error-free.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CODE3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that harms other users or us. Deletion of your data following account termination is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Serbia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
